MXTerm provides mail hosting for your own domain. It exists to get business email running without administering a server or assembling DNS and authentication records by hand.
Setup
The flow is three steps: add the domain in the panel, publish the DNS records it hands you, then open accounts once verification passes. The exact values for MX, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are laid out in the panel, so there is no hunting for the right record format.
Deliverability
In business email the hard part is usually not sending but landing outside the spam folder. MXTerm generates a separate DKIM key per domain, and SPF and DMARC policies are managed from the panel. Because domains are signed independently, the reputation of one does not drag down another.
Day to day
With IMAP, POP3, and SMTP supported, your existing clients keep working unchanged — Apple Mail or Outlook on the desktop, the built-in app on a phone. Accounts per domain are unlimited, so opening department and role addresses is not a budgeting decision.
Multiple domains
For teams with several brands or clients, domains sit together in one panel. Each has its own accounts, its own DKIM key, and its own DNS verification state.
