Looplio

Never skip recurring work again.

Visit sitegetlooplio.com

Looplio is an operations tool that turns periodic work into loops you can track. Its audience is specific: anyone who has to show that maintenance, checks, and routine operations actually happened on schedule.

Why a separate tool

Two habits cover recurring work, and both fall short. A calendar reminder tells you when but keeps no history — whether last month’s check happened is not visible in the calendar. To-do apps repeat the task but not its structure, so the same items get typed out again every time.

Templates and occurrences

Looplio separates the two. You define a template once: title, checklist items, recurrence rule. From then on, each cycle produces its own occurrence, and that occurrence’s checklist belongs to that moment. Changing the template later does not rewrite past occurrences — so the answer to “what exactly did we check last quarter” survives.

Reminders

Push and in-app notifications are supported, with an optional advance reminder before the cycle date. The point is not more notifications but making missed work visible.

Organisation and platforms

As the number of templates grows, categories and tags keep them navigable. Web, iOS, and Android clients stay in sync, so the field can work from a phone while the office works from a browser.

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from a calendar or a to-do app?+

A calendar reminder keeps no history; to-do apps repeat the task but not its structure. Looplio generates a separate checklist for every cycle and records what was done, and when.

How flexible is the recurrence?+

Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and every-N intervals are supported, set by day of the week or day of the month.

Can I see what was done in the past?+

Yes. Each occurrence is stored with its own checklist, so you can go back and see which items were ticked in an earlier cycle.

Which platforms does it run on?+

Web, iOS, and Android, kept in sync.

Is there a free plan?+

The free plan is limited by the number of active templates, and subscriptions are managed through the iOS and Android apps. Current plan details are on getlooplio.com.
